Fourth and Fifth Graders from Fort Lewis and Oak Grove Elementary presented their Global Projects through Level Up Village on Sunday. Students had participated in a variety of courses: Global Inventors, Global Scientists, Global Game Strategists, and Global Programmers. They showed off their projects, both virtually and hands-on, and talked about their partners in various countries (Kenya, Zimbabwe, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Jordan). The kids had very little prep for this event — they were just told to come and talk about their experiences. They did great and were a huge hit with the educators at VSTE.
